 “What is it?” 

While daily support for physical health is being constantly drummed into us, daily support for mental health is not.

In response, A’dor Holistic Living takes the mindfulness revolution to a deeper level of inner awareness and empowerment. A simple 5 minute a day regime can be used0 alone with empowering results and additionally as a compliment and preparation for deeper quality Yoga and Meditation practices. 

Self Coaching can also be sprinkled with longer occasional appointments with ourselves in response to life’s changes and for personal evolution. Self-coaching has become a foundation of mental resilience for those who have incorporated the 7 Living Essentials into their lives.

“When is it time to self-coach?” 

Timing is often everything! In my experience as a personal growth facilitator/educator, family therapist and Holistic Living counsellor, I have identified three distinct stages in myself and others that lead to self -coaching. However, while these are common developmental phases towards a sustained self-coaching practice I do appreciate they are not set in concrete for everyone.

Phase 1: Crisis 

Phase 2: Willingness to resolve and seeking practitioner help

Phase 3: Trusting the inner healer

“How do I become a self-Coach?”

Ask yourself what phase of self-help you are in? Are you in phase 2 or 3. If you have not sought help for personal development before then we recommend you contact a Holistic Living Coach and/or a practitioner who can assist you to find some deepened meaning to your current situation.

If you believe you are ready to begin your self-coaching path a major step forward is about to occur upon receiving links to a program that has drawn on up to date research and designed to equip you with skills to promote emotional wellbeing. You will be guided to become your own self-coach with key resources to keep and use for life.

Please Note: This program does not replace counselling or therapy, however depending on your circumstances you may decide to enlist additional assistance from a Holistic Living Coach.  Alternately you may decide a mental health professional is beneficial as you become more aware of your inner needs.
