The A’dor Difference
The A’dor approach to mindful living is through self -coaching, designed to build and maintain emotional well-being for responding to life stressors and improving relationships.
Self-coaching is a daily 5-minute practice that can be used either independently or as a compliment to an established practitioner supported program.

About A’dor Holistic Living: A Snapshot
My name is Alannah Dore and I am fortunate to be here to share with you resources I used to overcome health and wellbeing adversity allowing me to embrace life to the fullest. By gathering, adapting and implementing a diverse range of mindful self-coaching practices I have dramatically enhanced my emotional and mental wellbeing.
Today through both my inner growth experiences and varied training, I have an appreciation of the diverse personal challenges facing people and how each person has the unique power to support themselves. As a result, I have enjoyed establishing a system of pathways of understanding that unlock peace and well-being to be applied by each individual for their individual needs. These are incorporated into the signature 7 Living Essentials philosophy and self-coaching tools, designed to create a life worth celebrating.
